Today, there’re more than 3milion kids experience injuries while exercising.  Running, bike riding are some exercises which responsible. Most of these injuries cause due to the lack of knowledge on the guide lines to be follow.
Therefore following will encourage you to do some exercises avoiding injuries.

You must do warm up exercises before you start the physical activities.  Because warm ups prepare your body for the activity.  And after the physical activity, you’ve to cool down.  It’s also essential.  This guideline is for everyone who start to do any kind of sport (physical activity)

When it comes to the bike riding, rider should follow the safety precautions that are mentioned.  Wearing a helmet, arm bands and pads will protect the rider at some cases.  As an example when the rider fall off or have a collision he/she will be protected when he/she wears these safety clothing.

While you’re playing and doing other physical activities you should drink more water, because this will avoid you from dehydration and prevent heat exhaustion.

Before your child get engage in any sport.  You’ve to consult a physician and make sure on your child’s health, because there’re some children of having health limitations due to heart diseases asthma.

Parents, coaches, sports medical team all these should be aware of the kids who’re playing in the ground.  All of you should have the capability of assisting in an injury.

Exercises & physical activities should done by preparing before you start it exercises will give you fun. And pre- preparing will save you from unexpected situations therefore follow the suggestions & make sure on your child’s safety.

Yeah, Really this tips which you have defined here is very beneficial for me. I never expected for this that i got this types of tips for kinds to be safe when doing exercises
