I have several lunch meetings for my work that I feel awkward bringing a bag of nuts to. Is it ok to have the feast in the early afternoon and then graze for the rest of the day in Stage 1?  The only thing I've noticed is a decrease in energy about 1-2 hrs after the "feast".

As  i understand it you dont have to eat nuts. Why not eat a sallad or something small like that. The point is to have the feast later at night and not eat anything after the feast.

I personally think its alright to have your feast at any time of day that you wish to have it and just graze during the rest of the day.   its all about personalization.

Borrowing your thread Smiley

On stage one. It says eat anything you like, even pizza. Is it wrong of me to actually eat healthy on stage one. I already healthy. I dont eat potatos, pasta. I just keep to the meat and sallads. Or is it part of the process that i actually eat EVERYTHING

Thanx

The point of stage one is to get you sick of your usual diet..... if that's already healty, then by all means go straight to stage 2.
