 Hi

I am 42, 5"4 and 10stone 7.  I would like to be 9 stone 7.

I have some questions, sorry if they have been asked before:-

Can I eat breakfast?
Can I eat dessert?
I had a very sedentary job but cross train or exercise bike every night, should I exercise after main meal or before?

Thanks for your input

First off, welcome to the tribe Smiley

answers to your questions:
-Yes you can most certainly eat breakfast, no reason why you shouldn't be able to.

-I eat dessert every day, mainly a chunk of 75% or higher cocoa Chocolate or a fruit puree. so go for it! so long as its a healthy dessert and not loaded with refined sugars and flour.

-I found that eating a little pre-workout and waiting 30 mins or so then doing my full workout then coming home and eat my main meal worked best for me, but everyone works different in this regard. Find what suits you and stick with it. This lifestyle is very flexible.

best of luck to you on your journey to becoming 9 stone 7!!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
