I've been pretty busy with things in my life and never took the time to make an account on here. I've been doing the caveman diet for about 6 months and I've lost over 60 pounds. help from friends to kick start me in the gym and here I am. I've on the diet and the caveman work for some time now and love the results. anyone can do it, just strive for it and want it. it comes easy later on with time. I'll post my result pictures later on

it was kinda hard in the start but I got used to the caveman diet and felt great. loads of energy and my new way of living life and feeling amazing. For any body starting the diet or thinking about it, it's well worth it in the end an you'll feel like your reborn again with limitless potential to keep pushing yourself an getting in better shape.

Well, there are many great  exercises. Running is one of those full body but will also help work out your abs.

Here is a great guide and I do most of these workouts

Abs take a long time to get. You might not see your abs but you'll feel them!

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
