Just wondering, has anyone on this forum followed Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint fitness programme? It shares a lot of essential movements with Crossfit etc and seems well balanced.

If so, has it produced the results you expected?

Cheers

Hello

I have "The Primal Blueprint" book and I believe he encourages explosive interval training.  I have followed it for the most part (some days I just don't feel like doing anything.   I don't follow every type of workout he encourages, however I have noticed that an intense 30 minute workout once or twice a day about 5 days a week works pretty good.  However, I change it up a good amount.  Every now and then I will pop in one of my p90x videos.  Also doing Ab Ripper X from that program 3 times a week works wonders on your abs.

I apologize if that does not answer your question, but for the most part I would say that Sisson's fitness program works pretty well, whether you want to bulk up or burn fat.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
