Does anyone have any views on tea and coffee consumption?   I have been been drinking nothing but water with a slice of lime for the past few days which is ok but I would like to have the odd cup of tea or coffee.  I take no sugar and little milk (semi skimmed) and was wandering what effect the odd cup would have?

Thanks for your comments and advice!

PS, I also love honey but appreciate this has a lot of sugar - I tend to drizzle a small amount on a mixed plate of diced fruit in the morning _ will the sugar police have sometning to say about this?

Green tea and Redbush are OK to drink.... i also have diluted fruit juice sometimes.
Coffee should really be avoided if you can.... or drink as little as possible....

As for honey, i'm sure cave people would have eaten it if they came across it, but keep it to once or twice a week really.
