Maybe this is a really random question, but Im just wondering if as I eat the foods that my body was inteded to eat if my tastebuds will change.  I used to love seafood.  It didn't matter what type or how it was cooked.  I apparently also used to love liver.  Somewhere along the way I have come to detest even the thought of having to eat seafood or liver.  I know it is so good for me and would like to start enjoying it again.  Any body have experiences when this happened and you were able to really enjoy new foods?

Nothing quite like you're describing but I certainly am a lot more aware of the taste and feel of food in my mouth which makes me savour it more.

I can't stand deep fried foods anymore, even the smell turns my stomach.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
