I'm against all the efforts to make foods that try to look like foods we use to eat before we went Paleo. Paleo is one of the easiest diets when it comes to cooking. Why go to a bunch of trouble to make fake foods.

Paleo-pancakes
Paleo-biscuits
Paleo-bread
Paleo-cake, etc

I can see your point. Actually, I've had such success with going paleo; why mess with it!
