so i've been doing atkins for two weeks and lost 10 pounds.  this "diet" sounds better and makes more sense.  i think i'll switch.  question: can one drink red wine in moderation and still lost weight?  i did drink on atkins and still lost weight and they seem very very similar

Wine is probably the "best" alcohol to have if you're going to have any...... though stick to one glass a night. There are some proven health benefits to a glass of red a day.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
