Ive had a stumble, family 30th, lots of food and alcohol was consumed. this was a one off, has the last 2 weeks on stage one been wasted?Huh?

Not at all....... in fact it's a good lesson as you'll probably feel rubbish for a few days, which will help when you're tempted next time!!

Lilnicki is right. just remember how bad this makes you feel physically and how good you were feeling.

thank you guys, thats reli what i wanted to hear. so i feel i made sufficient progress on stage one, im starting stage 2 now. :0)....  i didnt loose a great deal of weight on the first stage, a few pounds, im hoping this few weeks will start to see a change.

Def. I agree with everyone! just because you made one mistake doesnt mean everything you did before was wasted! everyone might mess up some time, but dont quit all together! I did that last time i tried to start this and it was extremely difficult getting back on! so i joined this forum for my inspiration, so i can talk to all you guys to keep myself going! anyway a good lesson learned.
