So I've been staying away from junk food for the past couple months and I heard of this diet and wanted to jump right into Stage 2.
do you think thats a good idea? I really have no cravings for the junk food as of now so I thought skipping stage one would be alright. Let me know what you all think!

Hello Jen,

Well, I am starting phase 2 tomorrow after spending 2 weeks on phase one, to be honest I think one week of phase one would have been enough for me (just to get through all the foods not allowed in phase 2) so to answer your question yes I do think its a good idea to jump into phase two but think you may find it hard going to eat only one meal a day initially.

Drink plenty of water and tell yourself that you will be rewarded for your days efforts with your evening feast (assuming you will be eating later in the day).

Good luck to you and please let us know how you get on. Oh, and just one other tip, I started a Fitday account, its free (just google it) and It may be a good incentive to you when you see how well your doing..

Best of luck,
Nick

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
