Hi All,

After meeting a friend who I haven't seen for 2 months last night and looking at her transformation on the Caveman Diet - I'm already converted! Some questions that I am unsure about outlined below.

I am 160 lbs, 5ft  2 in and would love to get to 140lbs - how much weight could I realistically expect to lose in the 1st couple of weeks?

Is it still OK to have a couple of black coffees per day?
What about orange juice - I like to mix a small amount with sparkling water - could I drink this?
Alcohol - know it is restricted but would once a week be detrimental?

Thanks  a mill - looking forward to the kick start.

I started out around 155lbs myself. I am 5' 8.9" and now six weeks later i am on stage tree and have lost 17lbs. I am happy with that result.

You decide what is best for yourself. Some of those things are against the diet but if you wanna have them then you can. Its all about how strict you wanna be with the diet. For best results you would have to be strict with it. I was very strict and it worked out fine.

Thanks xclusiv8,

I'd be thrilled with that result. Will go with as strict a routine as possible for 1st month at least. Looking forward to the results. Did you lose most of your weight in stage 2 and how did you get on with the water only section during the day?

Thanks xclusiv8,

I actually lost most on stage one, around 11lbs.  Then on stage two which is was on the longest i lost the remaining 6lbs.
Stage 2 was difficult the first 2 days. But eventually the body does what it does best, adapts. It got easy. I felt like i had tons of energy yet i didn't eat all day. Just drank lots of water. Some people graze on stage two as well. Again its all about how strict you want to be.

Another weird effect i noticed is that i wanna move all the time. I am a computer nerd  Cool Working in front of it, relaxing in front of it. Now i don't wanna sit still. I cant i have to move for some reason or i get stiff as hell. Never happened to me before.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
