Having felt like I already met the goals of stage 1, i am jumping right into stage 2 today. I have to admit that I'm a bit skeptical about this whole thing, but if it works it seems like it's the right thing for me. I love all of things that this includes. I just can't seem to find before, after results that are convincing me that this works. I'm excited to try something new but I don't want to waste my time. Not eating all day just seems to go against everything I've ever learned about nutrition but I know I don't know THAT much. Help?

It worked for me and lots of others. Just make a plan and stick to it...

I ran a journal/thread for a while..

And posted some before/after pics...

Staying around 145 now in stage 3 and enjoy occasional treats like cheese, yogart, dark chocolate, or a couple beers on weekend runs with my buds(note their carb bellies)...

Here's the pics from the Colorado trip mentioned in the journal. And yep, trails were much easier without hauling all that fat uphill  Grin

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
