Hey all,

read through some stuff and Ive always loved eating meat, eggs and veggies.

I agree that processed carbs are basically sugar, and that too much sugar rapes your body.

So, I am going to start TODAY.

My lunch will be walnuts and tea eggs

My breakfast is water

My dinner will be meats, veggies, fruits

I will post any results I get from following this diet

Thanks,

I cheated yesterday too, so we're both bad, HA  Grin

Triple threat fajitas, beef, chicken, and shrimp. Only thing that wasn't paleo was the tortillas, rice, and sour cream. I let the dishwasher have the beans.

I did like I usually do after cheating thou, I slept it off then did 6 miles on the treadmill this morning. I think I'll only have fruit and nuts today too.

WOL , Way of life, living, maybe.

Been a month now since I started this diet

Been eating healthier and healthier, I only cheat in small portions when I do

Exercising during lunch instead of eating now, so much energy throughout the day

Picked up running again (after work)

Acne clearing up/Not growing new ones, pants feel much looser and baggier, easier time going to the bathroom too

~6lbs lost total
