Some did, some didn't.

I had already been eating paleo when I found This website and was losing a little weight already. I didn't want to just eat anything(non-paleo stuff), so after a week or so I moved on to stage 2. Did stage 2 till I lost all the weight I wanted then moved on to stage 3.

Almost 2 years ago now. Wow, time sure flies,

Hi, I found this website after suffering with dietry problems and had for a few months cut out wheat. I have been following this way of life since end February and to be honest have not felt this good for years. I went straight into stage 3 and haven't looked back. I didn't have a huge amount of weight to loose, about a stone, but have just about lost that but have gone down two dress sizes, the smallest I have been for many years too!

The guys and girls on here are great for support about all aspects of the plan.

Good luck on your journey.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
