I am just starting it and i was wondering, what kind of juice I should drink? Or how about what i should drink in general. Today I've had nothing but apple juice. I am not sure, if drinking just orange juice is safe if it has enough nutrition ect.

Depends what you mean..... if your JUST having drinks, then this is a bad idea, and you wont get all your nutritional needs.......If you want to know what drinks to have on the paleo diet, then fruit juice is OK, but quite high in fruit sugars...... i have mine diluted with water....... i also drink redbush tea.

I don't think a liquid diet consists of just one kind of juice, I think it is about juicing different fresh veggies and fruits together. I don't think drinking straight apple or O.J is good for you, one is very high in sugars and the other is a high acidic Ph... try juicing carrots, kale, spinach, garlic, blueberries and other wholesome fruits together instead. or make a smoothie with all of these.

I've had my doctor ok the Lemonade Cleanse which is an all liquid diet, but if you do it right you have the proper balance of minerals.  Having nothing but liquids is ok for awhile, but it can make your body go into starvation mode if you do it for too long which is not ok.
