I am an older woman.  I needed to lose hip and belly fat fast because of my declining health.  I was really scared because my fitness test showed that I was 20% over my limit for my age.  To say the least jogging was not getting me to my level.  I started stair climbing with 10 pounds.  That was good but it was not enough for my size.  I decided to go to 40 pounds on my shoulders and 250 steps per day at a slow pace.  Thank goodness I have lost all but 6% body fat which is 12 inches.  However, I did not loose any weight.  This took me 7 months.  Please some let me know if this is a safe exercise.  Thank you.  Ruth Ann

As long as you are losing body fat, losing weight doesn't matter. Muscle is heavier than fat and is building as you lose that body fat. If you have access to a facility with a pool, you will have great resultes with less chance of injuries. The workout you are doing is good, but be careful on those stairs!!!!!

Guys like me aren't born this way, actually we're not born at all. We're hatched from vulture eggs left in the sun, then raised by Wolves...

Have you thought about swimming?  it's easy on your joints!
and muscle does weigh more than fat so if you are loosing inches you are doing fine!!!!
Are you doing the Caveman diet as well?

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
