For some reason my doctor told me to give this diet a try and directed me to this website. Must say, definately food I already love. Eating will not be hard, I do see "grazing" however as a challenge. My question is stages in regards to body weight.  Stage one talks about getting fat burning going while stage 2, fat burning processs.  My weight is 320lbs, my first target, atm, is 275lbs.  When it comes to stages, do I stay in stage 1 or 2 never moving to stage 3 until I am at normail body weight?

thanks for your advice in advance. I look forward to living like a caveman.

biggest weight loss is in stage 2 when you eat paleo for your evening feast...... i wouldn't stay on it for TOO long though........ you can then move onto stage 3, but just watch what you're eating then.....ie not too big a portion for your meals.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
