Hello Hello!

Are there guidelines to what you should be drinking during the feast for Stage Two? In Stage One, we narrowed it down to having a beer, a soda or wine with our feast.

If there are guidelines - do you have any ideas of what to drink? Citrus in the water? My boyfriend does not like tea, so, any ideas? We are just trying to stick to the guidelines as much as possible.

Thanks!

I drink Redbush tea (rooibosh)...... your supermarket should have it..... it tastes different to normal tea.... i have a splash of fruit juice in it depending on my mood.... either apple juice, cranberry or blueberry is delicious...... try different combinations to see what you like...... of course fruit juice on it's own is good too, though diluted is best as it's quite high in natural sugars.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
