So, Im at the end of my first week of stage one

and its going really well. I've just been eating sweet fruits and nuts in small ammounts during the day, and as I usually eat pretty healthy.. Ive kept it up for my nightly feasts.
I had to have a medical for work on monday, and was weighed at 77kg. I jumped on the scales this evening before dinner and weighed at 74.5kg, so after a week of just grazing lightly during the day and a healthy meal at night Ive lost 2.5kg

quite pleased.
Im going to drop my morning tea fruit and nuts and just have my ammount at what would be lunch. To better prepare for stage 2; fasting all day and eating only at night. But I am no longer feeling hungry during the day, which im guessing my stomach has shrunk.
