So, Im at the end of my first week of stage one Smiley and its going really well. I've just been eating sweet fruits and nuts in small ammounts during the day, and as I usually eat pretty healthy.. Ive kept it up for my nightly feasts.
I had to have a medical for work on monday, and was weighed at 77kg. I jumped on the scales this evening before dinner and weighed at 74.5kg, so after a week of just grazing lightly during the day and a healthy meal at night Ive lost 2.5kg Smiley quite pleased.
Im going to drop my morning tea fruit and nuts and just have my ammount at what would be lunch. To better prepare for stage 2; fasting all day and eating only at night. But I am no longer feeling hungry during the day, which im guessing my stomach has shrunk.

Just thought Id share Smiley gather youre oppinions and experiences.
cheers.

Jesse.

Way to go, keep up the good work. Sounds like your doing great.

Only suggestion I might make is don't deny yourself too much on the fruit, it's good for you. Just try to avoid too many high sugar tropical fruits.

Lowest/Highest sugar fruits...

Don't sweat it. I ate Kiwi's(not every day) during Paleo diet and still lost weight.

Oranges and cherries(lots of antioxidents) are kind of high too but I have some of them too. My main fruits are strawberries and blueberries. I also take individual packs of applesauce to work for a snack(check labels thou to make no extra sugar is added).

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
