Hello, well i've completed 2 weeks in stage 1, which i have to say apart from the first few days without Tea or coffee I found it surprisingly easy with the added bonus of feeling much more happier and full energy. I don't even miss my morning coffee anymore  Cheesy

Today is day 1 of Stage 2 which i kicked off with a large glass of water followed by a 5 mile run, ok so my tummy is rumbling loads now but i'm not really hungry and i don't feel dizzy or tiered.

I'm loving this new approach to food.

Hello,

Well after initially feeling great i then took a downward spiral over the last couple of days, think i should have stayed on Stage 1 a little longer as the cravings started to kick in, although i managed not to give into all of them  Undecided

I'm nearly at the end of week 1 stage 2, so going to keep going for 1 more week then i can start stage 3 and hopefully get into the habit of eating little and often and stick to the food guidelines that are on here, which i am really looking forward to.

I have to say though that exercising has been difficult throughout stage 2 and i have had to cheat a little and have some fruit and nuts prior to running, which i will continue to do until i start stage 3.

Even though i feel like i have had a bad week and not stuck to Stage 2 as well as i did in Stage 1 i have still managed to lose a little weight, although this is not my main reason for eating this way (i don't like to call it a diet as it's more a way of life and not a temporary thing) it certainly helps.

Have a great weekend
Sarah

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
