This is the start of my 3rd week on the diet.  I feel great but I am not sure if it is the diet or running between 2 to 4 miles a day.  Will my body let me know when it is time to move from Stage 1 to Stage 2 or should I just move on after 4 weeks?

Also, I am not sure of weight loss because I do not have a scale at my house but feel better and clothes fit better.  Thanks for any advice.

Another Also...lol, can someone suggest a good cookbook or other resource for recipes.  I am looking more for convenience than exotic hard to find/cook food.

You will find lots of useful information/ recipes on a website called "Marks daily apple"

Move onto stage 2 once you are sick of eating junk food......If you're eating healthily anyway, then you may as well jump to stage 3. ( these stages don't have to be followed religiously!!)

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
