Hi

I started stage q on Monday and into day 5 now. Not a lot happening so not sure doing right.

I basically have a small peice of fruit for breakfast and lunch and a few nuts mid afternoon grazing and then a normal dinner around 6.30.

I am drinking about a gallon of water a day.

The headaches lasted day 1 only and now gone.

Amazingly I am not hungry during day as i thought i would be starving.

Also done 3 circuit training sessions and 3 rounds of golf, but NO WEIGHT LOSS.

What am i doing wrong or does the fat burning start at level 2

Nothing wrong, and though some people do lose weight in stage 1, stage 2 is really the weight loss stage.

I meant the size of the portion...... if it's a plate piled up, then the weight won't come off.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
