Hey everyone,

So excited this morning - I have tried soooooo many diets it's not funny and I usually give up because nothing ever happens - BUT I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 5kgs already in less then 2 weeks of this diet - feel fantastic and just cant believe how much I'm loving this life style. I haven't managed to start the exercise yet as I'm still lacking the time and energy but I can't begin to imagine what will happen when I do if this is the result I'm getting already  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

A handful of nuts maximum a day, as they are farly high in calories !!

I'm kind of at a mix of stage 1 & 2 - I drink as much water as possible and only eat if I get hungry - I also watch my portion sizes. I generally stick to pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds, but to be honest I don't eat many nuts. If I get hungry I'm more likely to have a small piece of fruit ( ie: plum, nectarine or a handful of cherries) or a boiled egg. Eggs are really good in moderation, they are high in protein and fill you up nicely.

Hope this helps  Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
