I just wanted to say that I have been researching Paleo style eating for quite some time now. About 2 weeks ago I tried one of those 30 day challenges where you jump right in and cut out everything not paleo friendly. Probably not my best idea right before the holidays. Needless to say, I have already failed the challenge. Im still eating somewhat paleo, but not as strict as the challenge called for. I have been reading through the posts for hours today. I am so fascinated with the wealth of knowledge and support from everyone. I know people say you shouldn't change your diet simply to lose weight... It should be about your improved health. Well, I am not so niave as to think that some of my health problems are directly related to my weight. I know that I can make the change and Im so encouraged after reading today. I can definitely do this in phases. Anyway... Guess I rambled on but again I am so happy to be a part of this community and hope that one day I can be an inspiration and motivation to other "newbies".
