Hello!

I just wanted to note that - a few weeks into Stage 1, it is confirmed that I am sleeping so soundly, it is amazing! I am really starting to feel a lot better and it is one of those things you may overlook as a newbie.

That's awesome! Sleep is important. I'd never know though because I have had insomnia for 16 years. One of the things I noticed in the first phase is how your body stops wanting crappy food like McDonald's and Burger King. I used to think that stuff tasted so good, but now it makes me want to puke. Tonight I had a ground turkey patty, two Angus steaks, some broccoli and a Cesar salad and water. Its good to fill up on food that is good for you.

BTW, I see you are from Delaware. I am from Middletown but stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
