I only did stage one for a week and I am currently on my second day of stage two. Most of my hunger is gone during the day and if I ever start to feel hungry I brew some green tea and it seems to help.

Is it ok to skip to stage two without completing stage one. I found by the end of the week on stage one I just felt like crap after I ate. Of course I was eating pizza and nachos.

Let me know if I am on the right track.

Yes the point of stage one is to get you sick of eating junk....... that takes different lengths of time for different people. By all means move on when you're ready.

Sounds like you're doing just fine Smiley

Thanks, I am actually surprised with how good I feel. My body feels good so I guess I will keep doing it.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
