I experienced a "runner's high" for the first time yesterday. I just started becoming serious about running and this was a really crazy experience, unlike any other high. I loved this feeling. How can I assure that this will occur more often?

I'm not a runner, so I can't really comment, but if you mean something like 'in the zone', when an athlete experiences total focus and mind-body connection, then I know what you mean (from practising karate).
In my case, the only way to experience it more often was to train harder, practice more, get better. It is a rare thing if that's what you're referring to. Elite athletes often experience times when they cannot reach 'the zone', so I guess it would be even harder for amateurs.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
