there is always the salad bar at local supermarkets Smiley    and a mini griddle will help you with cooking portions of vegetables and meats, all you need is an outlet! I have one that I got for 20 bucks, it awesome!

Bird's eye brand frozen vegetables come in steamer bags so if theres a microwave then you can just steam a bag of veggies!

If you REALLY waznt to do it, then you'll find a way....... eating out is not too bad, because you can ask for a steak with a side of veggies or a piece of grilled chiken. Also stock up on fruit and nuts and seeds......once you start you'll see how easy it can be........ just make sure you have some paleo friendly snacks to hand so you don't cheat Smiley

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
