I'm a newbie and wanted to know if anyone has beat the RL Syndrome on the style of diet. I'm 56 years old and been dealing with rls for 5 to 6 years.

i havent beat it from diet, but i have done a few old tricks that my grandmother taught me inorder to alleviate the pain from it.

its very simple acctually and i think I know the science behind it as well if you are interested.

take a  bar of soap and put it under your sheets towards the end of the bed by where your feet would be.

ive noticed that by doing this when i wake in the morning my legs dont hurt as badly.
