Hi again, I have just finished day 4 and am feeling great. I do however have a few questions that I hope to get some advise on.
Is herbal tea allowed on phase 1? If it is, are there specific teas to be avoided?
How important is excersse in phase 1?
How much weight can be lost during this phase?

I started this to lose weight but now realise that it is also a life choice and I would like to educate myself as best as possible on how to do this right, so any advise will be welcomed.  Thanks

I am on week 3 of stage one and I know what you mean I feel good too I don't feel so bloated and gassy like before.  I don't know about the tea I only drink cold water and hot water with lemon. As far as weight goes I am a bit disappointed with myself I have only lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks BUT I am not exercising like I should so I would say exercising is important.

As this is a new way of life, try not to think about how quickly you are losing weight...... it will come off in good time. In stage one you can drink whatever you like, but further down the line drink simple teas, water or fruit juice.
