Tomorrow I am starting the diet, along with P90x (again).

I just had a few questions...

So for the first four weeks (that's how long I plan on doing Stage 1)
I will eat only fruits and nuts during the day and then at night I can eat anything I want?
Anything like hot pockets or whatnot? I mean literally, anything?

Then stage two I am not suppose to eat anything during the day? What about before the P90x in the morning? Is that really healthy?

Then I saw stage three where I could eat breakfast and whatnot and have good small portion meals.

I guess my concern is that will I be getting enough nutrition during Stage 1 and 2 to be able to complete the P90x? Just encase should I buy vitamin pills?
Does anyone who's been doing this for awhile lose a lot of weight? I mean, does it really work?

I've been doing it for 15 months now. Went from 190 to 145. I don't miss the foods I thought I would really miss like bread and all the pastas.

I didn't do stage 1, I decided to eat healthy Paleo foods only for a few weeks and when I felt strong I went to stage 2 and stayed on stage 2 for several months. When I shed all the fat/weight I wanted I switched to stage 3.

P90x looks pretty intense so I'm not sure about that aspect. I know there's some intense Paleo athletes out there thou...

Have some small snacks during the day if you're doing some intense training.... you don't want to be passing out!!........The stages are only guidelines, you can personalise them a bit if you need to Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
