Primal Lizard Crawling....

View Profile
« on: May 02, 2011, 07:07:57 PM »

Hey everyone,

I'm starting the caveman diet tomorrow and I wanna make sure I'm going to be grazing properly throughout the day. I've seen some information about eating some nuts other than others, but not too sure which ones are OK and which ones I should avoid.

Should I make sure I choose the right ones now or am I going into too much detail early?

Thanks in advance for your help  Smiley

I don't know about almonds anymore.  In 2007 the FDA, USDA and the California Almond Board has developed a marketing order which mandates that all almonds must be pasteurized.  I do not know if this was implemented.  But if it was, you can say good bye to all those good nutrients...
