 Cheesy
Just started yesterday...I'm 57 yrs old; 5'4"; 177 lbs.  Would like to weigh 130-135 lbs.  Have not been able to lose any weight for, no kidding, for years.  Have tried, but now feel my age is against me.  I started working out at a gym and hired a personal trainer.  I thought one way or another, I'm going to spend money, if not at the gym on medical bills and medicine.  So I choose to spend it on my health.  I realize that exercise is not enough so I'm hoping this will help.  Day 1: Eating nuts and fruit was easier than I thought.  I definitely wanted something more by evening so was happy and enjoyed "the feast"!  I noticed that I did not have my usual evening cravings.  It's a good start.

Good for you! I am going to start this diet as well. I am giving myself a few more bad days and then Monday is the day! Im 27 and actually am about the same proportions as you. Ive never had to deal with weight loss before and so I hope this diet proves to be something that inspires me and gets me back into the shape that is truly myself. I wish you the best and know you can do it! Just stay motivated and know that hard work does pay off. Don't let your age get in the way, its just a number Smiley

Stage 1 - Day 7:
For the most part I'm doing well.  Will not weigh in until Friday, but I can feel in my clothing that I'm making progress.   My challenge is friends or co-workers.  Lunch is easier to control...if I do choose to go it's up to me what I order.  However, it is those kind and caring people who specifically bring me food to eat, yet I don't want to hurt their feelings.  Any suggestions?

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
