1  General Discussion / Food & Diet / Re: Tired on: May 28, 2012, 02:41:04 PM
Thank you for your advice.   What would u recommend for a breackfeast.   What I was doing this past week was drink the water and a handful of nuts or some strawberrys or apple.  Would and hard boil egg be ok. I want to stay as close to plan as posable.  If I think I can stray here and there then I get of the course.

Just got done with my 1st week of stage 1.  It has been easy to do.  I do find my self at dinner eatting more meats and veggies and not as much noodles or rice.   Trying to get all the protein I can get.  I also work out about 3 to 4 times a week with about 30/40 mins of card and some upper body weights.  But I am finding myself so tired and not getting out of bed and at work I run a jewelry store I do have any energie untill around 3/4 or untill I have my dinner.  I'm 39 years old with two teenagers in sports, work full time and fund time to go to the gym.  The last thing I want to feel tired.  I think I have slept more in this last week then I have all together in the last month.  Help please
Also want to mention I want to loose about 40 pounds even though I go to the gym alot I have legs of steel but it's all in my upper body and seem to have a very hard time loosing it that's why I want to try this lifestyle.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
