
Also, I am trying to get to the point where I don't need all that much in the daytime, but on weekends ( today is Saturday ) my family and I usually eat a pretty good breakfast, and its killing me. I don't want to go overboard on the fruit, but I'm so hungry.

We might go to a carnival tomorrow, and I'm sure we all know what food is at one. Me being 12, I'm of course going to want the food that is there, ( even if its bad). Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to keep from eating that junk?
My family and I are exercising, but when we are done, I just want to eat. Any suggestions?
( long post, I know, but im new to this and want to get it right. )














During this week, i am not as hungry as I used to be. The first day it was hard but after that, it wasn't/isn't such a problem, but today I have a superbad craving for something sweet. If anyone has any tips on how to curb my craving, that'd be great. Thank you!
