I knew potatos had some use!! haha  Grin

ok that time of the year again and I got myself a nice little sunburn haha. I just thought I'd share my grandmothers age old secret to getting the burn to stop hurting.

what you need::
potato
coffee filters
a fine grater
potato peeler
a bowl
small spray bottle
funnel

peel the potato and set to the side, place the coffe filters in a small bowl. you may need 2 coffee filters, I know I did. Grate the potato into the bowl, the filters help to catch the shavings. pick up the filter and squeeze the juice from the potato. put the funnel in the small spray bottle and pour the juice into the spray bottle.. cap and spray as needed to alleviate pain.. simple!! I'm spraying as we speak, once it dries it doesnt leave the skin feeling sticky at all Smiley

there ya have it! grandma's secret for alleviating sunburns!

Well, from what I think, I do not think there is going to be any natural solution other than Ayurveda for treating your apparent shoulder problem. It appears that you have already damaged your shoulder to a certain extent too much to get a natural pain killer. Anyway, if you are looking for smooth shoulder movement and all, I advise you to get yourself a glucosamine supplement as it helps in building up synovial fluid between joints!

Well, all this time, I thought potatoes had just one use only and you know what that is…I am really surprised to know that it can be used also for sunburns. After all, many people are reportedly having serious issues of sunburns and to find one of the best remedies underground seems really great. Anyway, make sure that you juice the potato and pour it inside a spraying can before applying it. Don’t worry about the stickiness as it will go after the skin gets dry!

I find this very funny. I remember my great-grandmother using potatoes for any cut, burn, or scrapped. She would clean us up, slice a potato in half, and tell us to hold it there until it stopped hurting. This made me remember that.  Smiley

I wasn't sure if it ever did any good, or if it was only for us to stop crying. lol
