Hi to everyone.  I have been on the caveman diet for just over 24 hours and I am very excited about it.  I had no trouble yesterday "grazing" and had a lean meal of grilled center cut pork chops, roasted brussel sprouts, and broccoli.  However, I train hard and often and have for years.  Through research and experience it is my understanding that refueling after training is essential.  I train early in the mornings, is it ok for me to have a couple of eggs after training just to fuel my muscles with some protein and go on about my day grazing?

I am curious about this topic as well, I train pretty hard twice a day and after I've been eating about half a handful of almonds so my vitamins & supplements have something to attach to; I usually couple this with a protein shake too.  I'm trying to stick to Stage 2 for a bit to burn unnecessary body fat, hopefully I'm not throwing the fat burn off.

Should be fine. Caveman diet is not about being too restrictive or harsh. If you feel like your starving all the time you need to eat more paleo approved foods.

You might want to count carbs for a while. If you can keep them below 100 grams a day you will burn fat for sure...
