Roll Eyes Hi I am planning to start this week. I am seeking to buy some good foods since reading about things like NO pasta, noodles, and peas or potatoes. Its interesting that No No menu is practically a huge part of my diet.

What do others think about taking vitamin supplements such as Vit B, Slippery Elm, Chicory? Any way I am looking forward to shedding my fats and having a healthier lifestyle.  There is so much access to food in Australia and such a push for fast food and empty carb food ~~~ I just want my clothes to fit and feel good about it.  Cheesy

Hi Cavewoman

Best of luck with the new lifestyle, am sure you will find new energy soon. Also, wanted to mention that corn is a grain so not strivtly part of the Caveman diet.

Good luck with it

Corn soup is OK for stage one, as you can eat what you like then.

Keep up the good work Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
