I just started Stage Two, after successfully rocking the first stage for four weeks and losing approximately 21lbs. However, I've only been on the second stage for two days, but I feel extremely fatigued both mentally and physically. It's actually starting to affect my mental state during work, which makes for awkward situations within conversations and meetings when I can't gather my thoughts correctly.

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this? And, if so, is this temporary due to the fast from the second stage? Any information would be beneficial. Thanks

Thanks for the advice... I'm actually doing much better now. I guess it was simply the beginning stage of the fast that was affecting me. Thanks again.
