Hey all,
Wanted to share this, after my first week on phase 2 I have lost an amazing 12lb, admittedly I am a big guy and its water weight etc but I am still thrilled with this. I started at 379 - now 367 - (same supermarket scales I promise).

When I 1st started phase 1 just 3 weeks ago I could only manage a 10 minute lunchtime stroll at work, yesterday I took the dog over to our local forest, walked for one hour 10 minutes - I'll admit I was tired but really enjoyed it - Pooch appreciated it too...
I found this website by accident but i'm beginning to think that maybe this lifestyle has found me - its certainly changed me for the better. Of course I do not expect this loss to be a weekly event, in fact i only intend to weigh myself maybe once a month. For the first time in years I am actually looking forward to the future,
