Hey all,
Wanted to share this, after my first week on phase 2 I have lost an amazing 12lb, admittedly I am a big guy and its water weight etc but I am still thrilled with this.  I started at 379 - now 367 - (same supermarket scales I promise). Grin

When I 1st started phase 1 just 3 weeks ago I could only manage a 10 minute lunchtime stroll at work, yesterday I took the dog over to our local forest, walked for one hour 10 minutes - I'll admit I was tired but really enjoyed it - Pooch appreciated it too...

I found this website by accident but i'm beginning to think that maybe this lifestyle has found me - its certainly changed me for the better. Of course I do not expect this loss to be a weekly event, in fact i only intend to weigh myself maybe once a month. For the first time in years I am actually looking forward to the future,

Best wishes and best of luck to all following this natural way of living -

Nick

Good job. I to am a big guy. I started at 343 but after three weeks I'm only down around 10 pounds. Can't figure that out. Oh well I will stick with it though. Keep us updated on your weight lose. Keep it up.

Hey All,

Just wanted to share, I weighed myself after my second week of stage 2 and have lost another 6 pounds - thats 18pounds in total. Grin

Am really pleased - am also noticing the difference in my clothes fitting looser etc. Am so enjoying this way of living, have not really started to excercise yet but am taking plenty of walks.

My wife has been great, while not following the diet she is cooking all my meals for me - i am hoping that with my continued success she will join with me. She already says she likes the cauliflower 'rice'.

Hope your all doing ok,
Nick

That is great that you are having success in being more and more caveman-like Cheesy To lose 20 lbs, in my mind, is a big deal! its even cooler when you keep it off too *easier said than done.....been there done that, bought the tshirt!* I think its also great that your wife is supportive of you. My mom isn't too much supportive BUT the good thing about this diet is that, starting phase 1 today, I can eat whatever so she won't feel as guilty when she sees me eating the bad stuff she bought for her KNOWING that I can't resist sweet stuff.

Hopefully becoming more cavewoman-like will stop this in its tracks.

Keep up the awesome work, bro!

I really can't do Stage 2.  I've modified it by having only one banana and a very very small amount of nuts during the day. Not eating anything at all is just too much. I'm hoping that it will still return some weight loss and changes in my eating habits.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
