Ive been searching for paleo recipes ever since i started stage 3. I found this website called http://paleodietlifestyle.com
In many of their recipes they use pasta. I thought pasta was a no go for a real paleo diet? Do you guys know of any FREE websites with recipes?

Thanx.

Are you sure it said pasta and not pasata??.........pasata is pureed tomatoes which you can use as a sauce or in casseroles.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
