I have found a site today that gives free Paleo recipies.  I'm confused though because they tell you to add "a pinch of sea salt" to a lot of the recipies that I saw.  Any ideas and can anyone recommend a site that gives free recipies.

Salt is nearly always optional in a recipe,if you don't want to use it,just leave it out.

I have a ton of recpies piled up around my house.  I have been experimenting a lot with converting non-paleo meals into paleo meals. shoot a recepie my way and I can convert it to make it paleo!  Cheesy

This seems to be getting more confusing as I go along.  I eat plenty of fish, nuts, vegetable, fruit.  I don't touch wheat (bread) or dairy.  I can hand biscuits and cakes round at work but have no desire to have one myself.  My biggest "loss" was cheese because I used to eat a lot of it but because I saw "no dairy" I never now touch it.  Today I was watching a cookery program and a judge on there was lactose intolerant but I was gobsmacked when she said "as I am lactose intolerant I am so pleased that she is using Goat's chesse and no dairy".  Now I'm confused!! isn't goats cheese/milk dairy???

I found this online for you......

It is thought that goat milk is more easily digested than cow's milk, mainly because goat's milk does not contain the same concentrations of casein, the protein found in cow's milk. Goat's milk does however contain forms of casein and about the same level of lactose as found in cow's milk.  If you are avoiding dairy products, than goat's milk should also be avoided.

I guess then that some people can tolerate goats milk easier.....but it depends on the individual.
