After researching, I learned that Orange Juice contains more calcium than FF Milk, potassium, and Vitamin D.  (Not a big Orange Juice person, so never really looked into it...)  Undecided

But I also looked it up on this site and on Marks' Daily Apple.  Apparently Orange Juice is bad because they put sugars and all kinds of additions making it processed.  So my question is what (Food or Drink) would be a good substitute to gain more vitamin D, calcium, and potassium (besides bananas - trying to stay away from the high carb stuff)?

Spinach and other greens are very high in calcium...... in fact i'm sure i read somewhere that a cup of cooked spinach or collards contains more calcium than a cup of milk!!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
