Hi Guys, into week 2 of stage one at the moment and already seeing the positive changes. I just have a question in relation to olives. Are they acceptable to graze on? I'm northern european so I understand that they are not strictly Caveman for me but I do enjoy them. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Great site by the way!

I have black olives on my salad like 4 days a week. I love Greek salads. Hasn't been a problem for me.

Mark lists them as one of his smart fuel foods...

I would think that plain olives are fine, but not the ones that come soaked in oil....... at least not too often as they're pretty calorific !!
