Hello!

What are the recommendations on oil - what to use as a dressing, what to use when cooking? I have heard opposite things about olive oil being good and bad for you. I was always under the impression olive oil was good for you!

What do you use when cooking - what is recommended? I am open to suggestions. I currently use olive oil on dressings and when cooking.. etc.

Thank You!

Depends a bit if you want to lose weight or just eat healthier. Olive oil is on the " yes" list but eat it sparingly for weight loss. If you're stir frying I tend to use a splash of home made chicken stock Smiley

I searched around on Mark's Daily Apple and found a great article on oils. Thanks so much!
