
Hi I have been doing this for a week now and i feel great. Got weighed today and i have lost 4.5lbs so delighted. I currently weigh 188 -4.5lbs =183.5lbs....great start to the week still another 33lbs to go. Would have been a better loss if i hadn't have gone out friday night and had lots to drink :-(
Breakfast : 2 eggs, 2 bacon, mushrooms, onion, and tomato
