 Grin Hi I have been doing this for a week now and i feel great.  Got weighed today and i have lost 4.5lbs so delighted.  I currently weigh 188 -4.5lbs =183.5lbs....great start to the week still another 33lbs to go.  Would have been a better loss if i hadn't have gone out friday night and had lots to drink :-(

Breakfast : 2 eggs, 2 bacon, mushrooms, onion, and tomato

Snack: Small Apple

Lunch: Tuna, cucumber, onion, lettuce and black pepper

Dinner: Chicken Breast courgette, mushroom, carrot, onion, broccoli,

sounds like you are off to a good start Smiley 

don't get too down about splurging every once in a while, everyone does it at some point! Just don't make it a habit and you should do just fine!

TUESDAY 22/02/11

breakfast: 2 eggs bacon, tomato, onion, mushroom

Lunch Apple Banana

Dinner, beef casserole and breast of chicken

1 litre water

Feeling great went to powerscourt waterfall today for a trek with the kids and a picnic.

Thursday

Breakfast- 2 rashers, 1 egg mushroom and onion

Lunch- Tuna cuecumber,onion, tomato and lettuce

dinner- chicken stir fry
 
snack- apple, 10 mixed nuts and raisins

snack- burger
1 litre water
Gym 20 mins cross trainer, 20 mins treadmill, 15 mins weights and machines

though you listed a burger as a snack, was that just the meat or was that the bun too?

Friday

breakfast- 2 eggs

dinner- steak mushroom onion carrots turnip, brussel sprouts

snack- 85% cocoa chocolate melted, banana and apple

snack-a few nuts

My 13 year old had his friends over for pizza for his birthday lots of goodies and i did not touch any of them. Feeling great, put on a top that was a lttle tight last week fits now and is actually loose. whoo hoo.......

Sounds good, Friday or Saturday is my steak days too.

I had 1/2 a porterhouse(I can't eat an entire steak anymore, just too much food)
Dog celebrates too as she knows she gets the bone  Grin
Asparagus w/butter
Sauerkraut

Skipped breakfast but had some nuts and kiwi as a snack.
