I am on day two and I had a couple of questions

1) can I have Odwalla or bare naked juices since their is no added sugar etc?
2) define grazing I get really lightheaded and sick to my stomach especially when I worked out today so I had two handful of nuts and a bare naked Acari drink plus LOTS OF WATER
3) on the feast do I eat until I am full or stuffed. I did it last night and did not feel too hot after

1)No juice would be better. It's still full of sugar even if they don't add additional. I think the biggest problem with juice is twofold. 1st is a volume issue, most people will have say an orange or an apple, but how many oranges or apples go into a large glass of juice. 2nd is your not getting the fiber you would get if you just ate the fruit in it's natural state. As a general rule on food if it's processed, avoid it if there's a natural alternative.

2)Nuts are great for grazing. I'd just go for water and dump the fruit juice.

3)Eat till satisfied but eat hearty meal. If you fast you gotta feast too or you won't last long. Forget the skinless chicken breasts and the low-fat anything. Have a good steak, a nice piece of oily fish and some veggies.
