I have been very strict so far during my first week. Most of the time I don't eat anything at all during the day, but I eat very big for my feast. Outside of a little lack of energy every now and then I don't notice any change. I have not lost any weight. What am I doing wrong?

" I eat very big for my feast".......... can you give a good description of exactly what and how much is in the feast???...... It sounds like maybe you're just eating more food than your body is using, and if you're not doing much excercise it wont be burned up.

Take a look at the size of your fist.... that's how big your stomach should be,...... if you're eating more than 2 fists worth then thats too much.......

Also as you're eating pretty unhealthy foods in stage one, you won't lose much anyway.... at stage 2 when you're eating paleo foods more should come off.

Cut down your portions for now but dont be despondant yet.... the weight WILL come off in stage 2

Best of luck Smiley

Well it does say in the diet that you should eat until you feel full. Dont overeat. Feel your stomach. If its feel like its starting to explode then its probably time to stop  Grin

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
