Hi

I started this about 2 weeks ago & jumped right to stage 3-I have hypoglycemia so not eating all day is not really an option for me. I have lost app. 4 pounds but thought that with a reduction of about 90% of the carbs that I did eat- the weight would have melted off. I'm sure I do not consume more than 50-75 carbs a day. To be honest I just started back at the treadmill last night- does exercise have a big impact?

Any advise would be great.

Thanks

It depends on a couple of things...... firstly like you mention "exercise"....yes it makes a big difference......although we dont actually count calories on this diet, if you eat more than you burn up, then you'll put on weight..... which leads on to point 2..... if you're eating a big pile of food, it wont help, doesn't matter if it's carbs or protein, so watch those portion sizes.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
